Atlas Valuation & Mortgage Solutions (Atlas VMS) has acquired AIM-Port, the appraisal order management platform. Atlas called the move a “significant step” in developing technology-driven solutions to better serve U.S. mortgage lenders and appraisal management companies (AMCs).
In its announcement, Atlas said that “AIM-Port was developed with deep operational insight, ensuring its features align with the day-to-day realities of the appraisal industry.”
Atlas also said it “remains committed to supporting other AMCs,” in keeping with its longtime goal to “support its peers rather than compete with them.”
